WHAT YOU SHOULD DO

Let your neighbors know we are watching your home.
Have your mail FORWARDED, in advance of leaving. We will check for junk mail.
We need a house and mailbox key to check for junk mail.
Turn your water valve off to the house. Leave the IRRIGATION SYSTEM on.
When you leave, turn your ice maker off and dump your ice.
Due to the heat in your home, we encourage you to unplug carbon detectors.
If you have solar, please have it, as well as your air conditioner checked before leap
If you have a reverse osmosis, turn it off.
If you are gone for an extended time, we recommend water containers in the home moisture to protect your wood from drying
Pour 14 cup of cooking oil in your garbage disposal.
Leave toilet cleaner and brush in each bathroom.
